Props to my dealer

Dodge service and dealers are typically nightmares served on cold broken glass platters with dirty ashtray sides. For some reason my Viper tech has embraced my ride and continues to do great service. Had a 1494 CEL and went in for service. They replaced the fuel evac pump, reflashed the PCM, found a loose wire on my Meth injection and fixed it all under warranty as he complimented my VEC2

The Viper Tech is also aware of the ported heads and cam install and continues to perform warranty service without question.

So if you are ever in the Cary, NC area and need warranty repair...stop by Hendrich Dodge off of 64.

I would bet that the Tech you found was the one we had here in Jacksonville up until a few months ago. His name is Bam Bam and he was deeply in volved in resolving and coming up with the Centerforce/Fidanza/slave & master solution for the clutch problem.

If it is Bam Bam, you folks have a wonderful resource. People should be willing to drive long distances to use him. We need to show dealers that hire Viper Tech's like Bam Bam, what a great decision they have made. Go to Cary, NC folks...and maybe we can even order some parts from them and mention "Bam Bam".

I had both symptoms.....The new flash has improved my idle as well.

He has been there at least a year....I am lousy with names but will check my records. He is a weekend drag racer and has a couple of vintage Mopar drag cars. May have been blowing smoke but said my truck was the best sounding V-10 he has ever heard
