QA1 Adjustable Shocks - Front

Does anyone have the specs to these shocks Of how to chang the setting and what setting they are on? They are the QA1 Adjustable front Shocks.

For everyday driving I keep mine set at 7.

What about for the 1/4 mile and road course? Thank you just found out i had them yesterday

Road racing 9 or 10 all the way around.

Drag racing 3 or 4 up front and 9 or 10 at the rear.
