What would be the absolute best setup for the track on a QC? Maximum weight transfer and keeping it straight would be the the ultimate goal.

M&H Racemaster Drag Radials mounted on 17"x10" Model 058 Eagle alloys with 4-1/2" backspacing, rear monted battery kit, and Caltracs....or so they say.

That's what I'm working on. Right now I have stock wheels and tires and use 1/2 tank of gas and leave at around 1,200rpms and pedal it through first, progressively pushing it to the floor. It's good for 1.88 sec 60ft!

thats a loaded question:) from four link on up,

but basically raising the front helps a ton, along with unhooking the sway bar.

oh and I should have the fuel rails ready by next week.

Just by lowering my rear tire pressure I was able to cut 1.8 60's on the stock tires both with and without the turbo. All in how you launch.

I'd like to look into a truck arm setup or a four link cantilever setup. I want the truck to hook way better than just the tried and trued things such as lowering air pressure, drag radials and caltracks. What do you think?

Most guys at the track run an adjustable four link set-up with coil overs.I think you have great idea

I'm having suspension builder look at mine, going to try custom ladder bars first. He's pretty sure he can get it to hook with that setup. I should know the end of April.
