Question about breathers

Since I have my intake off for powder coating, new wires and drilling for nozzles, I noticed the two breather tubes on the back of the valve covers. Is there any way to do away with these and put clamp on breathers, crancase evac kit etc. Keep in mind I'm poor and want to do this as cheap(read free) as possible lol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Protective powdercoating in Corpus.

The two tubes run into the catch cans.....

This has me a little worried about crankcase pressure because I dont think theres and PCV system to pull a slight vacuum on the crankcase.

When i did this to a small block chevy it leaked BAD until i reinstalled the PCV system and took the pressure out of the crankcase.

That looks awesome but also really pricey, an fittings and hose arent cheap, and neither are the catch cans, maybe I can build something similar.

That might work, do You remember if the valve covers are baffled? I'd hate to put just regular breathers on it, and have oil blowing all over the back of the engine.
