Question about oil

i have a stupid question what's the best oil for my stock engine and my gearbox????

I rock Mobile1 in the engine, and Royal purple ATF in the auto tranny

type of oil depends really on your climate type (here in texas i use MOBIL 1--15W50)

Mobile-1 15-50 here in Florida year round.
My truck using Mobile1 0-40 and Royal Purple both seemed to use more oil ,,,Changed the 15-50 Mobile and it stays full till the next oil change ,,,Less noise also.

ok guys,it's perfect....
0w40 or 15w50 for the Engine and ATF synthetic for the gearbox
but in Belgium,i have difficult to find Mobil oil....What do think about Valvoline oil???

Best answer so far......:withstupid:..............you will always get 48 dozen different opinions when you ask what brand.....as far as weight use what the manual says and you will be ok....

Royal purple 5-30 and ATF here. I dig the royal purple products. Never can go wrong with any fully synthetic oils and ATF though.
