I honestly dont know what to tell ya bro:dontknow: looking at my block the pic you have of ear 1 and ear 2 where the spacer is mounted they are not drilled.

I am stumped, did you call Eddie and ask him if his was like this?

has that tranny been modified at all?? Is it maybe part of a shift kit, or tranny "hardening" kit?????????????????

Whatever it is, it's been on there for a little while. It's not very new....

It's the suncoast billet transmission but the tech that replaced the trans said he didnt have to touch it and didnt know what it was!

it looks like the cast position lines up with this phantom part as far as those bolts are concerned, it looks like its suppose to be there,judgeing by the shape,the round part in the cast of the engine..........gasket of some kind maybe,:dontknow: that seperation seems like it would not function as a gasket, unless it needs to be replaced,............saltillo is to blame:dontknow:

Why it's there? The only way you will know is to split the tranny and take pics of the block then compare them to RC/QC and Reg Vipers blocks that may explain it.

Thanks, It doesnt matter why it's there I just need to find one to mock up a mid plate for the dragster and nobody can find it in Dodge's computer.

Are you just using this to mock up, then putting it back in you truck and buying a engine and transmission or what?

No, I bought the suncoast trans from Chub. Then decided to transplant the motor / trans combo to the dragster. Dont have any plans for the truck
