whew....a lot

my motor was built to be nos capable....400 shot friendly...it is a 8.4 L sleeved block with all the correct internal goodies...balanced and blueprinted...

The new 8.4 is full of new wizardry but is still a "stock" motor...add a 400 shot to it and watch it come apart...:D
 
As long as we are talking about the 8.4 motor. Have any of you heard the viper motor might be discontinued. Because Dodge has a 392 Hemi crate motor capable of over 500 HP. Eventually putting a super beefed up V-10 Hemi in the viper?

I don't see it happening. That is what makes a viper a viper is the brutal motor underneath the hood.
 
Seems as though Mike B is a smidge obessed with his quarter mile times...........he dreams in 1320.....;) .......his tv prolly is 1320 dpi??? :dontknow: LOL :p :D

And I would be too if I had his beast in my garage!!!:burnout: And for the record.....I will take his 8.4 over the new viper 8.4 for sure!!!!!!

A few of us are going to Moros in Palm Beach FL.....very close to Blakewilder's house but I have not been able to contact him to get him to come:dontknow:

I have not had a chance to install my line lock and window switch but I did up the shot from a 150 to a 175. I'd love to break into the 11's before the track closes for 4 months while they resurface it new tower/stands etc.

I'll post up if something good happens!

with a 175 are you running straight 116 octane...?
