Question for QC owners: AC cooling unit

My QC has about 7K miles on it. Since about 1500mile the front AC cooler started showing signs of what looked like contact with the hood shroud. Now the damage area is starting get quite large. I can not see any way the hood shroud is making contact. Any one else seeing this? Personally, the only thing I can think of is high speed bug impacts. Its making me crazy.

You are right on the money. It happen to me when a 18 Wheeler trailer tire pop. It hit my grill going 70 miles a hour. Broke the grill and the insert damaged the AC cooler.
