Question on Belanger install

[HDGMC]

Can any of you guys tell me after the headers are on what should I torque the bolts to? Dodge dealer said factory exhaust manifold bolts are 200 inch pounds, which is about 17 Ft Lbs.....and that just doesn't seem right to me. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I torqued to 30... is that a problem? shoul I lose them?
