I have not smoked for almost two weeks, woke up on Sunday Morning and said "thats it, I quit, I will not smoke anymore" So far so good.

....:rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: :rock: .........I quit cigs 23yrs ago by dipping skoal....been completely tobacco free 3 yrs in 6 more days...
 
Tony, good luck.....if it helps, quit Copenhagen after 15 plus years....been over a year now....I enjoy an occasional cigar, but that's it....

I am going to have to jump on this bandwagon soon. I don't usually believe in New Year Resolutions, but it has to happen for 2009. It has been my "last nerve" since I got sick.
