Real sorry to hear of the loss of your friend and it's even harder being there . I think even though he did something stupid he knew his good friend was there for him at the end .
Now as for the Female problems all I will say is better to find things before the wedding bells ring . Your new Myspace layout seems to lead me to think you are moving on <G> At my age I get to look back at all those things I thought were soooo bad at the time only to later learn I really dodged the bullet. Wife still loves to rib me after having an ex-girlfriend drop over after almost 40 years and looked at me and chuckled and said boy you lucked out ,hahahahah .

o ive moved on quite well in that aspect. i never want to be in a relationship like that again. i found someone a lot better, and i never want to see her again. everyone has been great helping me out. when something bad happens in my life, ive found i do much better if i talk about it and dont keep whats on my mind all pent up. if i dont talk about it, it eats me. so by talking about it im doing much better. thanks to everyone for supporting me and praying for him. it means a lot to know that people tghat never met him and may never meet me actually care

Good for you and you will move on from Jonny too . Not saying you will or should ever forget him but you will move on . As for selling the truck ,if thats what you truely want to do go for it but if it's due to loosing your bud then it's a desision made from the wrong source . If your not sure put it on blocks for a month or two and rethink it at that point after the stress starts to die down . Ok I really hate saying this to some pup :p but you showed responcibility by not racing him so why would you want to punish yourself for doing right ????:dontknow: :dontknow: , Or maybe you could just impress your freinds by telling um " I have 500 hp and respect it ,so whats your problem ,stupidity?".
If talking helps then I think your in the right place as these guys dont know how to shut up :D :D but you need to do what ever help you get through things with a healthy attitude

it hits so hard because i never actually saw someone die before. its so much differant than reading it in the paper, or seeing it on tv,... .

Stan, there is no preperation for someones death.........whether its an accident, old age, cancer whatever.....your never really ready for it. I lost both my parents this past fall, both to cancer......I knew it was coming but I was still so hurt when I got the news. I still cry over their passing. Its something I deal with...... some days are worse than others............but we gotta go on.....thats just life.

Remember the good times my friend.....cherish them, know that your friend would want you to live life.......so make a toast to your friend, celebrate the times you had.

And like you, I prefer to talk about whats bothering me............feels good to get it out.

aloha patrick
