Radio RB4 - runs this in the SRT10 infinity sound system.

Question on the audio specs here:

In my SRT the dealer put a radio RB4. all the speakers in the doors are working normal, i think with the radio amp but the the subwoofer and the subwoofer amp dont work, receive no signal.
Coud it bee, the the RB4 not run in the SRT sound system?

Not the problem unfortunately. I have the RB4 factory in my QC 10 and my sub works great. Check the plug on the amp under the center console or the speaker plug uner the back seat or along the side on the bottom.

it's more likely that the amp for the subwoofer is dead, common for this application....... you should ugrade you subwoofer/amp anyways, this is what i did:

As Shane said, there are 2 series of RB4's. This could be the problem but I doubt it. 9 out of 10 times the amp is to blame. Did they check all fuses???

Pic of RB4 would help determine year its suppose to fit.

Thanks, i will check the serial number on the rear side of RB4. All fuses are ok, all connectors are ok... If i disconnect the wirepug outside the sub amp, i hear the relays make "click" inside. My opinion meanwhile is, the subamp are dead. You say this are in the the most chases the reason. Hm...
