A lot of you saw the truck this weekend and I need your opinion. I'm thinking of raising the truck 1" all the way around to create a little softer ride. What do you think from an appearance standpoint?

The roads leading to the Nats (especially in Ohio) were just terrible. I have the regular lowering springs that Boomer sells with his kit that will pick the truck up about an inch. I'm just not sure if I want to mess with stance of the truck. So basically, it comes down to look vs. ride. And not that the truck looks bad sitting a little higher, but other than Wazzup's truck, it is unique.

Before you bother with all of that, why not get a set of QA1's from JMB?

They're fully adjustable, allowing for a more compliant ride for daily driving, or you can tighten them up for agressive driving.

Just a thought.:top:

Well that's definitely a thought, but since I'm trying to sell the truck (at a giveaway price), spending more on it now doesn't seem logical. However, I got some really good ideas after seeing everyone's rides this weekend, so maybe keeping it and spending more is exactly what I should do.:dontknow:

Just don't drive to Ohio ;) ;) ;)

Looks pretty damn good the way it is.

I say screw the ride, go for looks.:)

I like your way of thinking. Remind me to buy you a banana when we meet.

it looks good the way it is, but I love the stance of boomer's. the second I have 600 bucks burning away at my pocket you better believe I'm ordering that kit!

raised mine 1" and added the QA1's.....rides much....much better....

Mike, before or after your sig pic?

I love how yours sits now. Looks often sell trucks also. If it comes down to 'I like your truck but it rides a little rough for me' then tell them how, or raise it up for them.

Whichever you do make sure you enjoy it now, cause I think it will be around long!

Well I couldn't stand it; I had to and see what it would look like, and I actually like it just as well. It looks a little more muscular. And the ride is 50% better.

damn that was quick....looks great....

If you think Ohio roads are rough, don't ever drive in Michigan. Ohio is like glass compaired to Michigan.

Bill.
