figured id ask here first...the shifter...says gen I...that means theres a gen 2 or 3?...so its the first "version"...any better than stock? im not too familiar with xmetal...sorry

Yes, there was a succession of versions X-Metal made, each one a little better than the previous. Any of them are better than stock, allowing you to hit 3rd much easier. There have been complaints about nearly all of them with respect to noise, but a quick search of this forum will reveal simple fixes for that. Not trying to scare you off, because it is a significant improvement over stock. I just want to be honest with you about it.

Actually, I only have the one left (sold the Roe w/m w/ the TT Vette). I'd expect that it will come in handy with the 14 pounds of boost that the Procharger could make.

Not sure what you're sorry about, and I'm not sure what you mean by a "I can get a new hood" either. The hood I have for sale is new, and has never been installed. In fact, it still has some of the protective material bolted to it. Just because I bought it doesn't mean it's used.

As far as getting one on Ebay for $750.00, the only one at that price clearly shows a nice big scratch on it. The next cheapest is $780.00. I paid over $1,100.00 originally, and bought this directly from VIS Racing. Even so, I checked current street prices before posting mine for sale, and it's still priced lower than anyone else.

So, if you want a guaranteed perfect hood for $750.00 plus shipping, you know where to find one. Plus, you'd be buying from a VTCOA forum member, not some swinging dick on Flea Bay.
