The difference is from what i've been reading is there were options for a longer bed of 8ft on some models after 05. Such as a long wheelbase version.

They only made the 10 in 04, 05 and part of 06 so are you sure that option is for an SRT 10??

Well, i only say that because it gives me three options, when you pull down most menu's ? I know the 06 was a facelift with different interior, new front headlights, lower facia, grille and couple of different bits here and there. but i wasn't aware their wasn't an 06 option ?

Model years are 2004, 2005 and 2006 all have the same cargo box.

I've never of the option you mentioned for an 8' bed

There was no option on the 10’s which are baseline ram 1500 trucks … the 2500 , 3500 and up rams I’m sure had a option or came with larger bed as the are heavy towing and work truck or fleet trucks ..

Buying after market online you have to be carful ,, pics stink design and fit are different, many appear not to be able to modify for the wing.. get it right or pain in the but with returning m restocking BS etc will bite back .

I look at the covers on the rams when I walk , go shopping etc .. old new , hard or soft cover one piece , fold up and roll ups .. I have yet to find one that suits my liking. There is a truck in the meadow section that appears to be something I would get bit no idea what brand or anything , member not on anymore .. it appear to be a flush fit and the wing is on it .. it’s a black truck also which is a good comparison for me ..

Mine is now done, it's too wet and rainy to drive it now. If I can find a tonneau cover next year ill get one. They are not cheap here in the Great White North.
