Yes, it's legal. The purchaser must choose a licensed FFL Dealer to have it shipped to so it can be held for the 10 day waiting period before transferring.

It has to be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer and it must be shipped via UPS or FED-Ex. I would recommend Fed-Ex. The shipper will declare the contents of the package to the carrier, but not put it on the shipping label (that helps prevent it from getting "lost" during transit).

The shipper should get a copy of the FFL's license and keep it for his records. If tbere is any question as to the validity of the FFL, check with BATF and they will confirm their license.

This is how it works when you ship one out of Kali anyway ...... But to be on the safe side, I would check the regulations with your local licensed gun deler and the ATF

That would be a nice little truck pistol, Brat.... My Sister-In-Law just bought the 9mm version of that gun, and it's nice.... MSRP brand new is $450 for the .45 tho... :confused: :dontknow:
