ok, I have my raptor shift light for almost 3 weeks. it worked great! until yesterday when I start my truck the light come on but when it hit 2000 and light won't come on??? so I turned engine off then turned it on...light come on...when it is at 2000 and the light is not come on again??? I checked the wires everything looked good and I found a loose connector under steering wheels (the one w/ red n small pink/wire) so I changed a connector and it still do the same thing and I don't undy what's wrong with it?? does anyone have problem like that before?
:(:(:(:(

Do you have the light set for 2000? Does it flash your rpm setting when the truck is turned on? Check your tach connection at the PCM.

It has power, so you need to check the tach pcm wire... Also double check the dip switches and rpm setting.

I noticed on mine its about 1000 rpms off from what you set it. Try eigther revving it to 3000 or set it to 1000 and adjust it accordingly. I tapped into all the correct wiring also not sure why its off, but just have to play with it to fix it.

I did Venom Power's install yesterday and had no issues.

On a side note: Explain why you have it set a 2000?? Just curious...

I set mine at 4000, he most likely has it set low so that he can see it come one. I know mine is just for looks I do not plan on racing and hitting 5600 rpm very often.

Funny thing is mine started acting crazy this week. It starts blinking the three light blink at very low rpms???? Seems very random. I have not had time to check for loose connections but I am guessing its the tach wire.

hey guys, I set it at 2000 so that way I can see it come on, and yes I believe that it have power but aren't connect to pcm, I will check the pcm wires that connect the green wires plus I just bought new tap in connecters, just in case if I need change any connectors I will let y'all know what's going on when I check the wires and pcm.
