Hey I just bought and installed an rb4 in my truck and never even thoght about an atenna till I couldn't get the gps to work. I was wondering if anyone had one layin around that they may want to sell, or had a part number for one. I'm in no hurry just would like to have one.

While you can try your local Dodge dealer you'd probably have better luck at your local Car Stereo shop. GPS antenna is a GPS antenna. Industry only uses a couple different connectors. Odds are good they may have something for you. Good luck!
 
I tried Radio shack, best buy, hh greg, and what was left of 2 circut city locations and no one has them. best buy said they used to carry them but not any longer. guess I'll try some smaller audio shops tomorrow it's almost time for work.

under the top part off the dash on the fire wall but on the inside:D put it in a different spot unless you want to tear apart your dash.
 
RB1 and RB4 have DIFFERENT jacks for their GPS antenna.
If you do a swap, you MUST change antennas (or at the very least the jack).

The GPS antenna mounts in the same place, via the same method (plate with 2 screws) for both types of head units.

DIY article comin' up very soon on this swap (plus iPod adapter).
