RB4 NAVIGATION DISC????

Does anyone make a more accurate mapping disc for the RB4 or one that will be more accurate than the D/C disc.....Navteq sent me this reply about the disc....

Can a disc be made from another manufacturers device to work with the RB4?:dontknow: ----- TOM TOM or GARMIN ????

The original disc is part #05091501AF
The updated disc which you sent me Patrick is #5091501AG
Both disc's are not real good with their maps ---very incomplete to tell the truth.....I try to put in a destination and it will not give me the letters or type the street or numbers in...I type in addreses that have been around for years ,,no go.....some work some don't....Tried 4 different address of family in NC,SC, and one in FL. can't put them in....My friend just bought a TOM TOM Nav....and my son had a 2007 dodge factory Nav. that worked to find his newly built home in SC....is there a better disc or can one be made from a another type of Nav. that will work with the RB4?

so whats the scoop with nav discs anyhow. they shareable? since people sell em on ebay. if so, anyone have one to loan out or know a good connection on one. i dont want to go to ebay if i dont need too. i have an 05. i heard they suck from some and that some people love em? and if i do get a used one, how do i upgrade it.

It's just a CD. Anyone can just copy if for you if they have one that is newer then yours. No upgraded needed as it just reads the info on the disc.

Mine disc is not very accurate or complete....and has been upgrade once....came to an area in SC and it wanted me to keep making U-Turns...

i got a set from ebay for my rb4 and the work fine. i have only used it like twice but i got there.
