Not sure this is in the right section... but who follows those rules anyway :D
Id say at least a dozen times my RB4's clock gets stuck on the exact time i crank the truck. How the FUDGE does a digital clock get stuck!?!?!?

I go in the settings and have changed it to gps clock and user clock and both do the same thing. Hell sometimes my bass and treble go back to 0. Anyone know whats going on here?

It sounds like youre losing power from the battery.... Thats the only reason I know of the audio settings changin like that... Like maybe when you start the truck the battery is a bit weak:dontknow: :dontknow:

I'd agree about the battery. I'm not sure how that would affect the clock, but it will most certainly cause the head unit to reset.

i thought my audio setting were getting screwed up to but i found that they are different for each source. u have to set them indivually, cd, fm, am, aux.

not sure about the clock though:dontknow:

Well i thought battery too but i have a new optima, and before i quit autozone 3 weeks ago i tested it and it was strong. Good connections too.

sometimes mine messes up and it resets the bass, treble, and goes to am. someone said it has to do with the ignition switch a while back. not sure if its voltage spikes or what but someone has fixed theirs by replacing the ignition switch. there is a thread on here some where about it.

I have the same problem and it has been to the dealer multiple times. The last time they kept it for about a week and told me nothing was wrong. I dunno but if someone finds the post about the ignition switch please post a link im going to look for it now.

check the ground on the radio. When weird stuff happens with electronics I always check the ground. always.

BINGO!!! If the battery is new and the connections are good the ground would be my next bet too..
