Our handheld won't data log anything, they just flash the tune to the ecm.
RC guys a tune is worth more than we thought.

You cant hook up your handheld to a laptoop and datalog? I'd assume you can.
As for the air/fuel yes. You have to run wires from the wide band to the laptop. It may be less of a hassle driving 4-6 hours to a good tuner if possible.
Arrest, Roe is in Florida. Id say that's worth the trip to get a good tune. Or wait until you build the motor and put a paxton on it
