Rear sway bar on 06 QC

I know helwigg makes one, but I do think you have to change the exhaust around a little to make it work, blackviper has one on his

I like the way the Belltech's links face towards the front of the axle and bolt to a bracket on the frame. This apparently causes less interference problems with the exhaust and spare tire. Also the bar itself mounts to existing brackets on the axle very securely. The Hellwig bar's links mount to the rear of the axle and the bar clamps onto the axle housing. The Belltech bar is 1 1/4 inch in diameter and the Hellwig is 1 1/8. I've read that the Belltech is better for 2wd slightly lowered applications (like most of our trucks) and the Hellwig is better for 4x4's. Anyway, almost all of the Hemi guys running the Belltechs over on dodgetalk.com rave about the feel and improved handling with the bar installed. I was just wondering if any of us SRT people were running them.

Oh, and Stinker, can you get a good deal on these?

right now it looks like around the $230-$235 area, but i am checking to see if she can give me a bigger discount on them brohan.

what I want to be able to offer is the energy suspension front upper and lower control arm bushings, the sway bar bushings, the steering rack bushings , the rear spring bushings, and an upgrade rear sway bar for the QC's

so far ZCx has installed the steering rack and it made a ton of difference, and he hopes to try the front upper and lower control arm bushings soon.

Here are some pics I found showing the different ways that the Hellwig and Belltech bars mount:

1st pic is Hellwig
2nd pic is Belltech mounting at axle
3rd pic is Belltech mounting at frame

That seems like a fair price, now I need to speak with the Financial Planning Dept. and see if I can come up with enough scratch to get one.:D (That and I still want to get a pair of your front coils too...;) )

Here's the Helwing that i have on mine, along with the stock rear swaybar.

if so,why??????:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

A couple things I'll throw out for discussion...

Not sure how it will affect things, but there's the spring under RCs and spring over QCs.

Also, we have a different rear axle than the hemis.

I've got a Hotchkis F&R setup that is still in box - no time lately. When I spoke with them about it, they figured the rear would work with minor mods, maybe some brackets. I'm OK with a welder, so I got it from them but can't vouch one way or the other.
