Ohhh!!! I like the bed-light. Is there a micro-switch that activates the light when the cover is up??!

Right now I have a switch hidden behind the bracket for the bed cover. I was thinking of connecting it to the cargo lamp switch, or a mercury switch. I think my way worked good. There might be a time at night I dont want it on so the mercury switch is out of the question. As for the cargo lamp switch, I am lazy and dont want to go up to the cab to turn on a light at the back of the truck. :D

Waiting on the night time picture.

My bed lights have been in the box for about a year.:D
Where did you pull your power from?
Looks like you mounted them facing down or are they on the inside lip?

I'm going to use a separate switch too.
It's not being lazy, sometimes you don't want all the lights on.;)

I have them mounted up in the lip facing down and in a little bit. Used the double stick that it came with and a coupe dabs of silicone. DO NOT use the screws. It will go through the rail.

Yea knowledge, I didn't put a screw through mine or anyone else's for that matter.

Night pic. It is darker in the center, but not as dark as what the pic shows. I could still read a book in the center
