Reg cab burn outs

ok how does everyone one do a smokin burn out with a stick r/c cab got into a a bitch fest with a goober at a watering hole on how the best way to do one ,without a line lock ..

Just dump the clutch give it gas and very quickly move your left foot to the brake

orr if ya have big feet .. you can kind of put your heal on the break and toe on the gas... mash the berak and then play with the gas with your toe... but the simple way is .. dump the clutch then jump on the break... you will lurch forward but it works... the other way you will not jump forward but just sit there and burn em

clutch in, heel on brake with toes on gas...hold brake firmly bring revs up to 4k and dump the clutch.

you can do the dump clutch and hit the brake with the left foot but its more dangerous.

also i use second gear cause in 1st it hits the rev limiter pretty quick

You can do it but as Trainman said you will toast your rearend.

depending on the surface i stick it in second, drop the hammer and then cover the brake. something tacky i just dont do it................

At the track with the slicks on I get the rear tires in the waterbox. I spin them a little to get them nice and wet (no pun intended you dirty minded bastages) drop it into 2nd rev her up to 2500 rpm, dump the clutch and quickly move left foot onto brake pedal.

Granted smoke show for sure :burnout:

Yeah dont let that thing peg leg spin or it will be all over as many here know.
If anything a wise man told me to adjust both my mirrors so that I see both tires while I'm doing the burnout to verify they are spinning. IT is best to have a line lock installed but if you dont , take it easy on the brake pedal.
