remote engine start

Anyone got this on his SRT ? Easy to install? Your experiance?
Does "our" vendors have this ?

I think you can get a remote start for a manual tranny!

I have the viper remote start on my QC. And I use it all the time to start my truck up in the mornings to warm it up.

you can do it you have to by pass t he neutral safety switch.....then you can hook the neutral satey off the rmote start to the e brake that way the truck will only start when the e brake is on

Yeah "CompuSTAR" is the brand,They are really good,they will work on auto or manual tranny! Works awesome,lots of features! The model I have is their best one 2W900FMR the web site is

you can adjust the run times,it can arm itself automatically,glass sensors off and on,someone can page you by knocking on your windshield and it will beep and vibrate on the remote,you can also put you windows up when you arm it,it will tell you in cab temp.,and also tell you the batt. voltage in you batt's also,Its actually a very neat system,theres also more stuff,but thats the ones that I can think of off the top of my head.hopefully that helps you out.
