Yes, but if you can leave the truck at the body shop and paint it in place, it'll be much better.
The underside of the cladding is bolted to a plastic piece that is two sided taped to the door. There's two holes in the door that hold clips at the top edges, and two sided tape across the top.
There's three strips of tape on the backing piece.
Your best bet is to slowly take off the entire cladding piece with the backing being careful not to break the clips which hold the center of the cladding to the backing plate. If you break those tabs, your cladding will bow out and not be properly fastened.
If you decide to do this you absolutely have to get ALL of the old two sided tape off and retape it up before installing.
It's a complete pain in the ass, and in my opinion not worth the risk of breaking the tabs on the inside.
It can be done, but painting on the truck might be better...
