Removed Wing

Hey guys, I took the wing off today and found this:

The border that formed around the foam seems to come off with a bit of scrubbing, but I have no idea how to remove that oxydation... if thats what it is? Anyone know the best way to clean this area up? Thanks in advance

A buffer and compund should get the majority off. If you don't have access to that then go by a reputable paint shop and have them buff it for a few buck on the side. Painting them is likely to be the best way for a flawless look. If you never plan to put it back on that is. If you never plan to put it back on you can have those holes filled and shaved then paint the bedsides.
