what is the best way to remove the grill.....im a still wanting to use it, just need it out.. any suggestions?

do you want to remove the whole thing, or just the grill insert? if it's the entire grill, there are like 6 or so screws that need to come out, it's pretty easy. As for the insert that's kindof a bitch, BDIA said he took a real small flathead screwdriver and went up underneath each one of those pins and poked them out through the top. I pretty much cut em all off and ordered new ones, they were like a buck a piece or something. Anyways, I hope this helps. Take care.

I just did mine yesterday...The best and easiest way to do it is forgetting about trying to save those little stinkin tabs that hold it in. Just bust out with the dremmel and grind them away. You can buy those tabs at the dealer. They are really cheap, or you can use black zip ties:dontknow: . Either one works well. Here is some pics. (Before and after)

I used the honney comb grill from my last truck. I painted it satin black before puting it on. I believe this is what every one else is using also...:dontknow:
Im also thinking of taking off the insert for the scoop...not to sure yet.
