Replace a Broken foglight

Almost embarresed to ask this but how do you get that sucker out? Is it that little allen screw at the top? Oh and BTW $129 for this?

you need to get the truck jacked up or on a lift to access the THREE bolts in the BACK of the whole assembly.It is a little bit of a bitch to get to,but once you have access it is fairly simple.The lamp itself will only come out attached to the bracket.
