Replacing engine

I dont know why but i remember reading the blocks were different between the manuals and autos.. ??? But I guess that doesnt mean they bolt up differently. Someones got to know.

Crankshaft no, or shouldn't be different.
Where it bolts up in the rear yes.
 
The first SRT10 Rams from Dodge were regular cabs with Automatics. Reason was these were paraded around the country to generate interest and knew most of the excutives, celebrities etc who would be driving these wouldn't know how to drive stick. At least you now know it can be done!

Six to be exact and according to the friend/engineer who's group put those together they were absolutely abused...mostly by the Union workers who worked the events these trucks participated in.
 
Can someone with more info on the pace trucks being crushed please chime in, I find this all very interesting also does anyone know where more pics of the pace trucks can be found, I've looked so hard and came up with nothing. Thanks

Idid some searching and could not find anything about the crushed trucks, I did find this which I thiought was interesting, never seen this photo before!!
