Replacing exterior door handle

Can anyone out there tell me how to remove the interior door panel, and replace the exterior door handle?

One screw in the middle of the door, remove the door (inner ) handle, and two screws at the bottom of the panel....

Lift up

forgot to add, carefully pull back white cover, two nuts hold on the handle

Thanks I took a look at it earlier today, but didn't think it was that easy. What about the screw on the top next to side view mirrors does that one need to be taken out as well?

Tried doing mine today and can't seem to get one of the rods back in the clip!

No good access holes to reach the clips!
