I think it's cool they are bringing back the Five-Point-Slow.... It was WAY better than the Four-Point-Sucks....

....... The 3-Valve 5.4L (Five-Point-Sore ) is a pretty stout motor tho. I hope they continue to work on it. It would still be a good candidate for a selective cylinder model of the bigger SUVs/Trucks.

thats not a new engine in the pic:dontknow: its the current 4.6 3 valve, all i owned before the 10 was fords...If they build a 400hp mustang GT i'll have to at least test drive it, the 315hp one now can run mid 13's already so with 400hp(as long as they don't add too much weight) it'll prob move pretty good. I wouldn't wanna mess with one on the street...from a dig anyway

The "new" 5.0L will just be a bored/stroked version of the current 4.6L OHC mod motor with a aluminum block. I'm sure it won't be a radical new design (with this current economic state).... but, they have to do something to keep up with GM's Camaro SS.
