Robin built an image for US Army Special Forces...in the process he eventually destroyed one of the most versatile tactical units ever employed against an armed enemy. In the early years we were educators, trainers and only in the most dire situations a fighting unit. His image building led to the deployment of Teams as tactical units rather than indigenous force builders.
But many of us basked in the image he built...proudly.
