Who could I have do the install. I work about 85-90 hrs a week. No time, I was trying to figure out how I was gonna do this. If I have the dealer replace it again. It will prob only last another 5k miles, just like this one.

Well... you could take it to ROE....or I will take it to ROE ...and have them do it... Drive mine in the meantime... I will load the Vallet for ya....LOL
Pinellas County stop and go traffic is brutal on the clutch. That's why mine stays indoors duriung the summer. She really get's sluggish in the summer.
I have a good Viper Mechanic at Dayton Andrews on 22nd that may put it in for you? They will not void you.
Order the upgrade from Boomer, Roe, DC ...ect.....
Macedo is Orlando....whatcha doin next Friday? Free up the day, call them and make the appointment...get it done then?? I will be going that way in the AM Next Friday...make the appointment for 1pm?

Five hundred city driving miles with many more easy shifts...the clutch and flywheel really need to seat well...then let her rip.

i put the billet flywheel in back in '04 and its one of the best things ever. it lets the engine rev up faster, and quite contrary to somes opinon, it does help this truck.

Wow thanks for the offer NBT!:rock: I wish I had the money to do the upgrade. Im prob at my poorest right now. Just opened a new coffee house(fam biz), still paying for a ton of equipment. I know the upgrade is around $1500- $2000. But I know its alot of labor to do the job. Thank god for you guys othewise I'd b lost. I think Im going to have to have the dealer replace it with a new stock set up, cause im broke. I dont think this one is gonna last long. That oughta give me another 5k miles to come up with some cash to do the upgrade. NBT, what do u think the whole upgrade would cost at the places you know, with labor? Then maybe my truck will chirp 2nd! whoo hoo.:burnout:

Gary: Whats the difference with the light flywheel? Is it mandatory, dont have much $$ to spend so I'm trying to get this done without breaking the bank. But if I remember correctly, sombody posted it was only like $150. If there is a big performance gain, then its more ramen noodles for me!
