I'm looking to borrow or buy a Roe intake manifold to be used for mocking up the intercooler. Does anyone have one laying around because the truck is down for whatever reason? I would only need it for 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks!

My truck will be down for a while. I'll call my builder tomorrow, and see if he will be kind enough to ship it your way. PM me your addy

Oh yeah, does this mean I get a discount on an intercooler??:D

I may one in the garage, let me look. It was the old one. Which one are you looking for? The one piece?

Mine is off, do i get to keep the intercooler?:D I can even demo it for you should have my motor done by next sunday:marchmellow:

Bone, I dont think it wouldn't make a difference. Don't they both have removable plates? One is two piece and the other a single piece. Let me know. Thanks.

PM sent.

Are you looking for the tray or the plate to intake portion of the heads?

I have an extra tray somewhere. However, my plate is ported and installed on my truck. I have a feeling that it is the plate you are looking for.

My tray you can have when I find it however.

Here is a pic of what I plan on using. I will be cutting out the boxed section of the cores and mocking it up to the Roe intake. I will not be using the diverter plates as the restriction of the cores should even out the air distribution.

Here is a pic of the heat exchanger that will fit in the lower bumper cover.

Bone, I need the actual intake manifold not the plates.

so Is that gonna be water cooled?

Hey George,

What does the heat exchanger measure? and where can I get one?

Yes it's water cooled and should reduce the IAT's by 80 to 100 degrees.
your benefit is gonna be even more evident with the plate removal .,and correcting it with proper flow from the intercooler sounds alot like the setup we did on my wifes qc made over 750 at the wheel i just dont talk about that one much;)
