ROE or X-metal

I am looking to see who has got more HP out of either Roe throttle body or X-metal. Which one is more bang for my buck?

I swear the Roe TB made my truck run much smoother...no proof of power increase that I have seen....I dont know about the X-M but I would buy the Roe again...I just think it made a diff..:dontknow:
