wait....what do you mean complete? i guess i might have spoke too soon. its complete in the sense that you install your TPS..hook up the cable and go...what makes it more complete than TB and blade?

When sold new they only came with the body and blade, you had to re use the factory throttle shaft from the oem throttle body
