Roe Throttle body instructions?

Does anyone have the istallation instructions for the roe throttle body? I picked one up used from another member. I did a search and all I found was threads about useing locktite one the blade screws and to mar the threads once the screws are installed.

Can I reuse the stock throttle blade screws or do I need to get new ones?

Everything seems fairly straight forward but I wasn't sure if there was something special you had to do when it comes to rewinding the spring.

Sometimes it will take a while for him to get back to you he gets hundreds of emails a day. He gets back to me about 1-2 days after I send an email. If it's urgent I just call him. Try resending your email.

Unusual....Sean normally emails me back within minutes...at most a few hrs.....try calling him as suggested by Ramcharger..........otherwise you might PM Stinker....he will get back quick with instructions..
