ROE WHINE HAS CHANGED NEED HELP

Thanks for all the good info. We identified the noise this morning. The culprit was the heatshield under the K&N filter. The rubber trim piece that goes along the back of the shield had worked its way off and was actually rubbing on the S/C's front pulley housing. It now has a nice rub mark on it which won't come off. As you can all imagine, I did away with the heat shield.
 
Looks much better without it...never put mine on!
