Roll Control Kit?

I have a Hurst roll control kit from a different car before it got stolen... I would like to install it on my 10.. anyone ever done this before? How to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually its a electronically controlled solenoid that goes in line on front brakes and allows you to lock them when doing burnouts and staging, without having to power brake the truck.
