What I just ordered is just like the first pic with a door attached to the wall and the roll up(corrugated?) door fits around. Then the door opens out and the door frame opens in. When the rollup is up then you have a fully functional 10' width again. When the rollup is down and door closed you have an easy exit through the door.
Anyway HD & Lowes both couldn't get ma answer fast enough with pricing and delivery so had to make a quick descision based on what i had offered today. So just under $3100 installed next Thurs, Fri or Sat.
Would have loved to have had the time to price shop, purchase straight from the manufacturer and install myself. Not doing much of anything else anyway.
But there you go.
