Roof Damage after Crash ???

Hi Guys

I've seen an interesting red 04 RC for sale who had a front crash (repaired now) a time ago in the States now it is located in Germany and for sale.

The owner told me that there is a small damage in the roof at the 3. stoplight.
It's very small but is it possible that the damage could be from the front crash:confused:

I just want to be sure before i buy it.

Why not buy one here and ship it over and then you will know for sure...
You could try carfax if you had the vin to see if anything pops out:rock:
 
Cause of the price...shipping, insurances, taxes would cost me an 15'000 $ extra to this one and then I have to do the modifications so that i can lagaly ride over here
 
ive seen a few over there for sale at a reasonabel rate.. i would look a lil bit harder .... there was 4 or so for sale a month ago with no dammage
 
hmmm well make sure you have a bodyshop check it out to make sure there is no underlying damage.
 
Check the frame! but if the frames stright and all that good stuff get it! my trucks been wrecked and it has a new roof on it and you would never know.. but my body man is just bad ass though

Send pictures if you can get them to belgiumbarry...he is an expert on SRT 10's and is located in Europe...(owns a body shop!)

I agree with Tooloe, Have it checked for frame damage, if all is OK, buy it!!
 
How much money in euro's would you spend for a SRT-10 truck??
There are some SRT-10 trucks for sale in Holland. Are you looking for a Quad-cab or Single cab?
I can take a look so maybe i can find a nice SRT-10 for you :top:

All i can say is import a truck from the US.. The dollar is very low for us (dollar vs euro) so it's easy to make some money..
I bought my SRT in Alabama last year july and i bought some months ago a Silver 2004 Hemi Quad cab in Florida. Both trucks shipped to Holland and it saved me alot of money.

Let me know where you are looking for so maybe i can help you to find a nice truck in Holland. I can also import a nice truck from the US to Holland for you.... Luxembourg-Holland isn't far away.
 
You could always put a deposit on it to hold it, to buy you some time to see if theres another one out there?? just make sure you have it on paper that it is fully refundable,just an idea for ya??
 
@SRT/10-AMSTERDAM: It depends which modelyear, mileage etc...how much i will spend.
I'm looking for a Single Cab.
I've found one RC for about 20'000€. I think that i would be very hard to find one cheaper than that...or tell it to me ;)
 
don't think you can judge that from exterior pics... you should check the frame on repairs and/or take some measurments between points as normaly found in the workmanuals... :dontknow: ;)
Perhaps also let do a wheel alignment ... see if everything is still OK... or at least can be done within the normal range of the settings...

Be also aware that a front collison car can have damage in the engine/trans/rear axle... which sometimes only come up after a time and miles driven.... :(
