royal purple not purple

drained my oil and changed the filter it was dark out so i couldnt see the color when i checked it. The next day i pulled the dipstick and the oil on it didnt appear purple at all? is it suppose to look like this the truck seems to run good? Thanks
Also i wanted to change the transmission fluid any suggestions

I put the Syncromax in mine (RP) I changed the oil twice before mine was a purple color. It may take a few changes depending on miles. IMO
