Rubber adapter on throttle body

Where can I find a rubber or plastic adapter that transitions the oval throttle body opening into the round opening on the intake pipe. Id like to design my own closed box C.A.I

I really like the look of his intake but I'm not a fan of the heat shield. I prefer a closed box that's placed as far away from the engine as possible without making too many bends in the intake pipe. I work at a machine shop, so I have access to machines, tools, and a water jet My only road block is the rubber adapter.
