i noticed this morning that my temp climbed to 235 while at idle. Its been 50 deg outside with rain. it will go down once its rolling but then climb back up to 230 and then suddenly drop again. Is that normal? Im afraid the system has BUBBLES!!??

Hmmm...guess i'll have to check fluid level soon as i get of work.

oh it kicks on, I can hear that sucker when it goes on High. Not sure about it kicking on Low?

Yea i havent done anything to the cooling system. Not since the rebuild same with the T-Stat (about 5 months ago)

Maybe worn cap letting air in the system?

Pressure check cooling system. Bleed from bleeder and see if air is present. If you hear fan and no air, water pump may not be circulating. Feel hoses upper and lower and compare. Feel radiator. Hoping it's not a head gasket issue after your rebuild :(

Really? You gonna hit me with the "It could be a head gasket" wow...lol. yea i check that out soon as it cools down (Just got home.) Fluid level looks fine. I also purchased a radiator cap just incase on my way home (only $6 anyways)

WAIT A MINUTE... Does the A/C Really have anything to do with the fan? Because i took the relay out since it was messing with my idle (on previous thread) and ever since it has been overhearting.

A/C will change fan speed and IAC settings but not have anything to do with it overheating

Fixed!... just had air in it. Thanks guys!
