I also have a smartcard for water/meth activation and one without. I did hear one report from Dan Cragin of a pump failure with the water/meth. Of course the engine became toast given the more aggressive timing and no water/meth to compensate.

You won't go wrong with either one.:rock:

A good install and tune is the key - being near an installer of the appropriate kit. (Not saying that you can't do it yourself.)

Sean is already looking at a bigger (boosting) pully system too. Legal Disclaimer - Obviously, upgrade the internals.

If the throttle body inlet housing can be re-designed a little smaller or shaped a little differently, I think an intercooler could fit between the TSTM and the manifold.

Questions:
- How much room (height) is available on the throttle body housing?
- How thin can the intercooler be made? 1.5"? 2"?

Then again, with the smaller footprint on the ROE, the intercooler would need to be thicker than normal to function properly. No?

Looking a second time, that ROE TB inlet section is REALLY close to the firewall. With some good torque, I'll bet it could touch.

I like how the ROE is "all go; not a lot of show", but I think it can be...umm....smoothed out a bit.
And some of that smoothing may result in a little more space.

I think it might be time to consider TB re-positioning.

Kevan, the whole plenum is designed around the location/placement of the SC inlet. You would have to redesign it and tune it. This is the part that took so long to develop by Sean. He found the A/F ratio to the engine was not distributed evenly, so he forced the issue, no pun intended.

So height too would be a player.

Mark my words, some of you have heard them before...the picture that Bone has posted above is the cutting edge of technology. It is the heart and soul of what the Roe Twin Screw does...add to this, his approach to injector spray patterns and you have the why of the potential and reliability of this approach to boosting the Viper engine.
