Is anyone using a satellite TV and Internet package? If so, who are you using and how much is it costing you each month. My wife and I signed up for an Embarq package (phone/tv/internet) but they keep sending us bills higher than what we signed up for and are so unorganized that it's difficult to decipher what the charges are. They called the other night and threatened to report us to a collection agency when our balance is zero. After digging a little deeper they found that it was someone else who owed them money. We are looking to make a change even if it cost a little more. Thanks
