What thermastat is the recommended one for the sct ----
Where do I get the plug in wires to be able to connect it to a computer for updates---what type of connections do I need ---there are 2 plug ins on the sct??????

you'll need to download two programs from sct, device firmware (for recognizing your sct on your computer) & device upgrade (to put those update tunes from marty into your sct so you can load into your truck):

you'll need a usb "a" connection (also know as a printer usb connection) to connect your sct to your computer...... the software is pretty easy to use......:rock:

Got SCT

Just an FYI got tuner in the mail today

Results. Stays in box sits on shelf. Why? Truck went to dealer yesterday b/c A-hole (ME!!!) put nice ding in pass door while using a rake in front yard on Tuesday. Also had tech look at trans b/c of poor 1/2 shift and delayed kick down on the roll from about 40-60 mph. Results of trip to dealer. Dent guy cracked paint, goin to get painted. Trans needs valve body. End result, truck stays at dealer and hangs out with other Dodge friends waiting for parts and paint. SCT, that sits in box on shelf. I looked at it. Took it out of the box, held it for a sec, thought, "Hmm, that's neat!". Put back in the box and put on shelf. Very exciting.

Make sure you tuck it in at night.....they are sensitive. Don't feel so bad, I am on a Scooter waiting for my tranny rebuild from nuked bands in 2 gear.

I did tuck it in. Put in a SRT bag from track experience. Looked at it again today. It's doing well.
