seems like someone posted about the same error message

I checked with a guy that developed the SCT for the Viper..he had never seen that error message.

Just start from the beginning...what are the steps you take to flash a tune? What does the SCT read at each step....looking to see if you are following the correct steps to load..

i go to program i click the n20 tune .....and it says checking stock...gets to about 85% an then shoots the error.... and stops everything

You should not have to return to stock to load another tune. When you load a tune it over-writes whatever tune is in the PCM....you might try though...wont hurt nothing...you may just have a glitch...

maybe so... i think i'm just going to wait until monday an call my tuner and see what he says...just to be safe

you should try hooking a battery charger to maintain a constant voltage supply. it may be dropping too low during the programing

You have to take the 93 tune out to put the n20 tune, in so yes you have to put it back to the stock tune before you can load the new tune, only one tune at a time.
