SCT TUNER ERROR?

Hey guys plugged in my SCT Tuner to my truck pushed the select button to Program Vehicle and its showing ERROR: no index file???

Who did the tunes on the sct ---give them a call...

I bought it from torrie @ unleashed tunning brand new in the box with 91/93/96 tune and he sent me a more aggresive tune file to run 109 octane so i now have 93/96/109 but for some reason the tune is giving me an error.by monday he should have an answer from SCT if not he is going to send me another brand new tuner and i have all the 3 octane files on my laptop saved so all i have to do is upload the good news is if the tuner i have now is defected or he has to send me another one i would have it by tuesday because im only 1 day away from recieving anything from him since he is just under jacksonville and im in tampa.

yea my tuner went tits up to i had to send it to sct with $150 to get it unlocked again cause it wouldnt return to stock
